Customer IT Support (ERP Consultant) – Fernwald (3 days in the office) – German Speaking / C2 proficiency or above – Up to €45k + benefits

A leading global software provider in the flat glass and window and door industries is seeking an Customer IT Support (ERP Consultant) to join their team in Fernwald, Germany.

As an ERP Consultant, you will be a critical point of contact for customers, providing expert support and contributing to their success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support : Handle incoming service requests via phone and email.
  • Issue Resolution : Provide first and second-level support for ERP software, addressing issues across the order-to-shipping workflow.
  • Analysis and Prioritization : Evaluate and prioritize service tickets for timely resolution.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving : Work closely with a supportive team to find solutions.
  • Customer Interaction : Maintain consistent, direct communication with national and international clients.
  • Documentation : Accurately document all processes and solutions.
  • Cross-Department Coordination : Collaborate with product development, sales, and project teams to enhance customer outcomes.
  • Project Participation : Optionally contribute to ERP implementation projects.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Commercial technical support background with strong IT skills - Experience in software customer support is a plus.
  • Understanding of production company processes is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems, databases, and SQL is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and team collaboration abilities.
