Clinical Sales specialist

Role Responsibilities :
- Collaborate on marketing action planning to define and prioritize business objectives while building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility, build networks, and demonstrate sector expertise at an international level
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery and opportunity assessment to deal negotiation, invoicing, post-sale reporting, and follow-ups—ensuring alignment with revenue and organizational goals.
- Conduct strategic market analysis to identify new business opportunities and uncover pathways for growth within the life sciences market.
- Partner with digital and inside marketing teams to conceptualize and execute innovative communication strategies that promote engagement with key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience :
A degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific discipline.Preferably 3 years’ experience in sales or business development within the life science Diagnostics sector.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels.Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends, uncover opportunities, and implement strategic action plans.Based in Germany with a willingness to travel regularly as required.Fluent in German.Why Apply?
