What Youll Do

Be the Digital Marketing Guru : Guide businesses through their social media journey providing valuable insights and expert advice to optimize their advertising and reach the right audience. Youll help businesses shine!
Connect & Influence : Reach out to clients through inbound and outbound calls discussing budget options campaign goals and innovative ad strategies to elevate their success.
DataDriven Optimization : Analyze advertising performance and give databacked suggestions for better results. Youll turn insights into actions and help campaigns perform at their best.
Trendspotting : Stay ahead of social media trends introducing clients to fresh and effective approaches in digital marketing.
Learning from the Best : Shadow experienced professionals honing your sales and social media skills. We want you to thrive and grow with us.
Get Certified : Complete the Meta Blueprint Certification as part of your onboarding boosting your credibility and expertise in digital marketing strategies.

Training & Development

Program Duration : 4 weeks (2 weeks of handson training 2 weeks of application in nesting)

Schedule : Monday to Friday 09 : 00 AM 5 : 30 PM

Paid Training : Yes your learning time is valued!

Certification : Earn the highlyregarded Meta Blueprint Certification upon training completion.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Call Duration : Engage clients meaningfully with an average call time of 24 minutes.

Sales Goals : Hit or exceed campaign goals by offering clients impactful strategic advice.

Client Engagement : Drive high engagement with your pitches ensuring clients stay excited and informed.

Attendance : Reliable attendance is key for team success.

Compensation & Perks

Base Salary : 33000 EUR gross annually (around 2750 EUR gross monthly)

Performance Bonus : Up to 7500 EUR per year for hitting your goals

Language Bonus : 300 EUR monthly for Dutch proficiency
