English Speaking Early Childhood Teaching-Assistant for Fröbel Kindergarten Agrofert Haus A in Lutherstadt Wittenberg (m / f / d)

We are currently looking for an English-speaking teaching-assistant to help implement the Fröbel focus of Bilingual Education at our education and care service Fröbel-Betriebskindergarten Agrofert Haus A in Lutherstadt Wittenberg.

Our newly built Kindergarten with a team of 11 educators and one centre manager is looking after 60 children from the age of 1 - 6 years old.

The main focus areas at the Kindergarten are bilingual education (German / English) and early STEM education. Our Kindergarten is one of four Kindergartens in our complex and is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

As a company education and care service, the associated companies are AGROFERT and SKW. Our large outdoor area offers plenty of space for movement and exploration of the environment.

The starting date for this position would ideally be as soon as possible. The hours per week, as well as the duration of the employment contract depend on your circumstances, such as visa conditions.

We could offer up to 40 hours per week and a permanent employment contract (if your working permit for Germany allows for that).

Your responsibilities would include :

Supporting all aspects of early childhood education and care in English.

• Are you a native speaker of English, or do you speak English at native level C2?
• Are you in the process of learning German?
• Are you passionate about working with children between 1 and 6 years of age?
• Are you interested in working as part of a team to further develop and implement an in-house bilingual education concept?

• From March 2024 a salary increase by a base amount of up to 200 Euro and an additional increase of 5.5% ,
• 33 days of holiday per year, December 24 and 31 paid days off,
• Up to 99 Euro monthly in addition to your salary : you can choose between a combination of the Deutschland Ticket (for local public transport, 49 Euro) and the Fröbel-BenefitCard (50 Euro), or a monthly mobility allowance of up to 99 Euro for a JobRad (BenefitCard and JobRad are available after the probationary period),
• A company pension scheme of 4% paid by the employer, as well as an annual bonus payment , as well as
