Trainee Lawyer - Investment Funds

For our Luxembourg office we are looking for an intern to support our Funds team (for 3 to 6 months)

In your role as an intern, you will have the opportunity to get an overview of the practice of a Luxembourg fund lawyer, work with a team of lawyers comprising different levels of experience and will support the funds team in the broadest sense :

• Perform legal and regulatory researches and analyses;
• Draft and review fund documentation, incl. constituting documents, offering memoranda, corporate decisions, etc.
• Collaborate with the team on various ad-hoc projects and assignments
