Alexianer DaKS GmbH (data processing and communication systems for social institutions) in Münster is the information technology service company of Alexianer GmbH. It supports Alexianer facilities throughout Germany in association with a large number of hospitals, retirement and care facilities, as well as numerous other facilities such as medical care centers, child, youth and integration assistance, nursing schools, rehabilitation facilities and workshops / integration companies for people with disabilities. To ensure operations, Alexianer DaKS GmbH operates two highly available and modern data centers in Münster with services provided throughout Alexianer.

Your tasks

  • Maintenance of the Microsoft 365 tenant :

Administration and maintenance of our Microsoft 365 Tenant

  • Teamwork :

    • Close collaboration with other IT teams (e.g. network team, site IT, SOC) and external service providers is important to you

  • Security management :

    • MFA, conditional access

  • Technology evaluation :

    • You examine new technologies and trends in your specialist area

    Your profile

  • You have completed an IT apprenticeship (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or comparable professional experience
  • You know the Microsoft 365 world inside out and, if possible, can already prove this with certifications
  • You are no stranger to scripting
  • Ideally you already have experience in the healthcare sector
  • Communication in German (C1 / C2) and English (B2 / C1) is no problem for you
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification or other ITIL certifications ideally round off your profile
  • Continuous training and further education are an integral part of your work in the IT world
