We have been retained exclusively to find a strong Senior Data Engineer with experience in IoT / time-series data.
This is a €800m revenue company with a rich history across environmental and recycling technology who have delivered record profits who are on a mission to revolutionize the recycling industry.
They have self-developed technology, consisting of IoT-capable hardware and AI & Data supported software to permanently optimize recycling plants. As a Senior Data Engineer you will join their Innovation hub in Aachen and become part of a high-performing team within a dynamic start-up culture under the roof of a successful Mittelstadt company.
The Role
- You will support the development of new and existing data pipelines for the IoT systems.
- Lead the design, implementation and optimization of the technical onboarding on new stakeholders
- Responsible for data ingestion and processing, managing the ingestion, ensuring data quality and integrity from various sources e.g PLC and AWS
- Drive the development and improvement of the data architecture
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
The Candidate
The package is up to €95k.
