About the Team

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and digital campaign management to accelerate lead generation and brand growth at 1GLOBAL. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, creativity, and an understanding of UI/UX principles to ensure that campaigns are not only optimised for clicks and conversions but also provide seamless digital experiences.

About the Role

• Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media campaigns for B2B audiences.
• Manage campaign budgets, & forecasts to ensure efficient ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
• Partner with UX/UI teams to optimise landing pages and ensure high conversion rates.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance with actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor activity.

Requirements

About You

Must Have

• 3+ years’ hands-on experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid B2B campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of campaign tracking, attribution models, and conversion optimisation.
• Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding of Design, UI/UX best practices and their impact on lead generation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams and create compelling ad copies.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in B2B tech, telecom, or SaaS industries is a plus.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
