• Drive growth by building strong relationships with major sales partners including automotive OEMs utilities installation companies and others
• Own the entire partnership lifecycle from pitching and negotiating to closing contracts and managing long-term partner relationships
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities by assessing international expansion potential and defining regulatory and technical requirements for the product development team
• Support market entry efforts through project management helping to establish local teams processes and operational structures
• Contribute to product development by translating customer needs and market insights into actionable requirements
• Represent the company at trade shows conferences and other international industry events

• You have at least 3 years of experience in the energy sector ideally in charging infrastructure smart charging or bidirectional charging
• You hold a university degree with a focus on business and/or technology
• You bring strong expertise in commercial management business case development risk assessment and international market expansion
• You possess a deep understanding of charging infrastructure including commercial applications technical fundamentals regulatory environments and global market requirements
• You are fluent in German and English and are open to international travel
