Production Manager

Our Client for this search is a global manufacturer with operations in Germany, Europe and globally. They are constantly growing, and the ideal candidate will own the management of three production groups and machine maintenance with a total of approximately 100 employees.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the production and finishing of our products in compliance with specifications
• Ensuring continuous 5 / 24 production operations with regard to occupational safety, order, cleanliness, food conformity, environment, delivery dates, quality and production costs
• Management and professional / personal development of directly subordinate managers and employees
• Overall responsibility for personnel deployment (costs and capacity)
• Introduction or continuation of suitable measures to increase productivity, preventive and continuous improvement of plant performance, increase effectiveness and improve product quality
• Production budget responsibility with investment management and continuous development of cost efficiency to improve economic results
• Technical sales support and collaboration in product development projects
• Development and implementation of operational excellence (according to the principles of TPM and lean management)
• Close cooperation with the other production areas and other important departments for the strategic development of production
• Reporting of the relevant key figures
