Our client, an international company, well renowned in its industry, is currently searching for experienced Head of Communications. This person will lead organization’s communication strategies and will be responsible for shaping the public perception of company's brand and ensuring consistent, clear, and compelling communication across all channels.

Head of Communications (m / f / d)

We are looking for a well-versed Head of Communications who leads our organization’s communication strategies – someone like you. Being the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for shaping the public perception of our brand and ensure consistent, clear, and compelling communication across all channels. Since this is a senior leadership role, you will also manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive a messaging that aligns with our business objectives.

Your tasks and responsibilities :

• Establish and drive a multi-channel communications strategy that supports the organization’s objectives, including brand positioning, internal communications, and external messaging
• Lead and manage a communications team, thereby ensuring high performance and growth
• Oversee media relations and public relations efforts, manage press releases, media inquiries, and build strong relationships with key media outlets
• Create and supervise content strategies for digital platforms (website, social media, e-mail marketing), print, and public relations campaigns
• Ensure message consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials
• Track engagement across various platforms and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with the executive leadership team to communicate corporate objectives, business results, and key initiatives to internal and external audiences
• Coordinate and support internal communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging across departments and to promote company culture and values
