Commercial Banking Tribe

You'll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe, who is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank.

We are responsible for the digital transformation of 800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer (f / m / x) you will be part of one of our Online channe implementing back to back applications for small and medium corporates within Deutsche Bank.

• You work the Online channel squad and implement frontend features for oursmall and medium corporates within Deutsche Bank.
• You develop and document application components which fulfil business requirements as well as technical requirements like observability, scalability, stability / resilience.
• You write clear, maintainable, and reusable code and take part in code reviews to ensure that features are developed at high quality standards.
• You participate in and actively contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions within the team as well as collaborate with other Squads within the organization.
• You are working in a cross disciplined agile team with shared responsibility and high autonomy and actively engage in the engineering community, share your knowledge, and build up a solid network.

Your skills and experiences

• University degree with technological or scientific focus or equivalent working experience.
• Several years of professional experience in frontend development of robust and reusable code, especially experience with Angular, JavaScript / TypeScript in combination with REST based APIs.
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience of node.js. Experience with Java / Spring is a plus.
• You can execute the full SDLC and have practical experience with Cloud-based environments and DevOps tools and processes to build and deploy the software.
• You are familiar with agile work and are a good team player who likes to share content and best practices, have good communication skills and can communicate fluently in English. German is a Plus.
