Your mission

  • Spearhead the comprehensive hardware product development lifecycle, guiding projects from initial concept through to mass production
  • Orchestrate and synchronize cross-functional team efforts, ensuring all aspects align with the overarching product vision, technical specifications, quality benchmarks, financial constraints, and project timelines across all stages
  • Provide regular updates on project advancement and potential challenges to leadership and relevant stakeholders
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, mitigate, and resolve any potential risks throughout the product development process
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to strategize and implement prototyping phases, initial production runs, and product pilot programs
  • Formulate and execute market entry strategies and product launch initiatives for new hardware offerings and feature upgrades

Your profile

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Product Design, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in technical project management or product management roles
  • Strong understanding of hardware development processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and strong communication skills
  • Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers is preferred
  • English language skills (C1), additional German skills are preferred
