Business Development Manager - Healthcare Packaging

George Thomas is working exclusively with a Leading Packaging Company that services the Global Market.

We are actively recruiting a Business Development Manager - Healthcare Packaging with responsibility for hunting, developing, negotiating, and growing new business as well as managing a client portfolio within Pharmaceutical Packaging.

Location : Germany. Working remotely within the DACH region.

This position will report to the Director of Sales - EMEA.

Responsibilities include :

• Business Development - hunting new business opportunity across the DACH region
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business development goals and revenue targets, with a specific focus on the Healthcare sector.
• Implement the company's circular economy and sustainability transformation strategy to drive business growth.
• Support in managing a portfolio of accounts within the Pharmaceutical Packaging segment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management practices.
• Foster strong collaboration and communication with internal sales teams across various plant locations in different countries.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
