Job Advert : Management Accountant (Germany)
Location : Remote (Initial Hybrid Period)
Salary : Up to €60k
Take the lead in financial processes for a growing, international business.
What You’ll Do :
- Own monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for German entities.
- Provide analysis and commentary on financial performance.
- Lead balance sheet reconciliations and implement financial controls.
- Identify ways to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Manage and develop the German Bookkeeper.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders in Germany and the UK.
- Design and implement new financial processes in a growing environment.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems.
