Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in Test Management , Agile , and SAFe project environments to join our team. If you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings and have a passion for ensuring software quality, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end regression testing orchestration in Agile Release Trains (ART) .
  • Manage the entire Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and collaborate with development teams throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting using tools like HP ALM or Jira-Xray .
  • Provide quality assurance leadership in Agile or SAFe project settings.

Must-Have Skills and Experience :

  • 7+ years in the QA domain, with demonstrated expertise in Test Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in SAFe projects.
  • Strong familiarity with tools such as HP ALM or Jira-Xray .
  • ISTQB certification is mandatory (e.g., Certified Tester or Certified Agile Tester).
