Our client is a leading Italian cosmetic brand on a rapid growth trajectory. With over 1,000 stores worldwide and growing, they inspire individuals with high-quality luxury products.
Currently they have 17 stores in Germany, they have 24 under construction and are planning on having 200 in the DACH region in the next 2 years.

Join our client’s team as an Area Manager (Dresden / Berlin) and play a pivotal role in expanding their retail footprint across Germany .
Your Role :
As an Area Manager, you'll oversee existing stores and contribute to opening new locations in Dresden / Berlin,
Responsibilities include :
- Managing sales, costs, and earnings for stores in your region.
- Ensuring adherence to budget and revenue targets.
- Fostering a positive working environment through recruitment, leadership, and motivation.
- Analysing store performance with KPI systems.
- Serving as a communication link between headquarters and stores.
- Planning trade marketing activities for your region.
Your Qualifications :
- Commercial vocational training and / or an economics degree.
- Several years of regional management experience, ideally in retail of luxury goods or fashion.
- Proficiency in communicating in German and English are both mandatory
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Social skills combined with assertiveness and persuasiveness.
