Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Berlin for a Working Student in Finance & HR. The Working Student will assist the finance and human resources departments with day-to-day tasks such as financial reporting and analysis, payroll processing, and employee record maintenance. The role involves data entry, document management, supporting audits, and coordinating HR activities like recruitment and onboarding. The candidate will work closely with the finance and HR teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations.

• Skills in data entry and document management
• Customer service and employee relations skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes including recruitment and onboarding
• Interest in crypto trading and financial regulations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Current enrollment in a degree program in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
