Your role
As Technical Specialist Service & Product Support Region Northern Germany (m / f / d) you will be responsible for the technical support of our workshop equipment for wholesale customers and workshops with technical issues.
- Rapid response to customer inquiries and complaints, including the development of suitable solutions (hotline, warranty extensions, spare parts offers or extended services, . on-site repairs)
- Implementation of training courses and training for quality assurance as well as technical support for service and trade partners
- Support for the sales organization during customer visits and trade fairs
- Expansion of the service network for our products (workshop equipment)
- Close coordination with product management, for example to communicate benchmark activities and suggestions for improvement
- Regular reporting of service and aftersales requirements to product management to influence product development
Your knowledge and experience
Completed training as an automotive technician, master mechanic or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of practical experience in the field of workshop equipment and technical serviceStrong after-sales skillsExperience in customer service via hotline desirableStrong customer and customer service orientation paired with a professional, engaging demeanorConfident handling of MS OfficeGood written and spoken English skillsHigh willingness to travel within the GSA regionTeamMAHLE is diverse and we see that as a great advantage!
