Aareon Group have recently started on the RevOps systems journey, rolling out Sales Cloud and Hubspot in 2023, and have quickly added further applications and systems into our ecosystem and are looking to grow this with applications such as CPQ.
We are now looking to have someone manage the team who own our mission critical RevOps tech stack. You will lead a team of 5, overseeing Salesforce, Hubspot, Certinia and Zendesk.
In the role you will oversee how to develop the RevOps tech stack and supporting functions for sales, marketing and customer success operations.
You will be the face of the business for our systems, and stakeholder management is just as important as technical knowledge.

Establish and maintain a strategy for the platform
Support of our overall Digital Strategy and working towards the realisation of our target Enterprise Architecture
Adopt and embed Agile working practices
Works with marketing and customer success operations to enable effective lead to cash processes
Shape and recruit the team required
Actively manage the technology suppliers and other 3rd parties
Required
Demonstrable experience delivering platforms based on the Salesforce platform and associated applications, primarily Sales Cloud & CPQ and integration of other 3rd party applications
Proficient in the following disciplines : solution architecture, process improvement, stakeholder analysis, business proposals and cost management, supplier relationship management
Team management experience
Experience of working with different IT delivery approaches (waterfall, agile etc.)
Practical experience of defining and delivering technology roadmaps in related technology domains
A hands-on manager who is happy to get stuck in, and do a lot of the configuration / data work themselves
Languages - English essential with German desirable
5+ years’ of experience working with Salesforce CRM in an administrator capacity with direct experience using Flows, Sharing Rules, Permissions, Sets / Groups and Data Loader
Salesforce Certifications desirable - ADM201 / 211, Platform Builder, Business Analyst
