Core Responsibilities and Tasks
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, meeting quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular updates to senior management and project stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned from completed projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
