Conexus are partnered with a leading consultancy, that are rapidly expanding their SAP practice in Germany. On that basis, we are searching for experience FICO professionals to join them on a permanent basis.

As a SAP S / 4HANA Finance Consultant, you will work on critical initiatives, leveraging your expertise to design, develop, and integrate complex application components. This role requires a blend of consultative skills, technical knowledge, and business acumen to implement SAP solutions that deliver tangible results for clients.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Advising clients from strategy development to business process optimization, requirements analysis, solution design, and IT implementation, with a focus on SAP S / 4HANA Finance and / or Controlling.
  • Utilizing the client's proven methodologies, such as Rapid Discovery, Greenfield with IMPACT, and Brownfield Migration Factory, to deliver successful transformation projects.
  • Leading SAP S / 4HANA adoption discussions, showcasing the benefits of S / 4HANA, and guiding clients through implementations or migrations.
  • Taking on management and sub-project leadership roles within SAP S / 4HANA implementation projects.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP S / 4HANA Finance and / or Controlling implementations or migrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Finance and Controlling, with at least two end-to-end implementations completed, from project preparation to go-live.
  • Familiarity with integration and interfaces to other SAP S / 4HANA modules (a plus).
  • Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to analyse complex situations effectively.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients as needed.
  • Hands-on experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile.
