Job Title: Sales Assistant (Third-Party Contractor)

Job Location: (Düsseldorf Germany)

Main Responsibilities:

• Support sales management with project management sales pipeline/progress tracking meeting coordination and employee training organization.

• Manage subscription data and sales forecasts identify risks to targeted project achievement and drive corrective action.

• Lead and track key projects including risk identification issue follow-up and closure.

• Work with IT to develop and maintain digital dashboards to improve business data analysis efficiency.

• Oversee internal process controls and ensure compliance.

• Support PO authenticity checking.

Requirements:

• Education background in bachelors degree and above.

• Solid understanding of sales and business management.

• Proficient in Excel PowerPoint and Word.

• Strong numerical sensitivity logical thinking and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills and fast learning ability.

• Experience in project management sales management data analysis/decision support or KPI management.

• Experience in process management.

• Excellent command of English and Chinese multi-language skill is considered as an advantage.
