People Leadership : Lead mentor and support engineering teams fostering a culture of growth collaboration and excellence.

Leadership : Proven experience leading engineering teams including managing managers and scaling engineering organizations.

Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of Python React TypeScript Postgres and AWS Lambda with the ability to provide architectural guidance.

Project Execution : Handson experience in delivering complex software projects within deadlines.

People Management : Passion for mentoring and growing engineers with a track record of fostering highperformance teams.

Strategic Thinking : Ability to balance technical vision with business objectives driving innovation while ensuring execution.

Communication : Strong ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Language Skills : Fluent English (German is a plus but not required).
