Freelance Close Out Manager (Mechanical) – Data Centres

Location : Cologne / Frankfurt, Germany

Contract : 6 months

Languages : English and German required

We are seeking a freelance Mechanical Close out Manager to manage defect closure (Mängelbeseitigung und Koordination) on completed data centre projects across Germany. A strong mechanical construction trade background (e.g. HVAC, piping) is essential.

Responsibilities :

Coordinate and close out mechanical defects
Liaise with project teams, clients, and subcontractors
Track and manage punch lists
Ensure quality compliance and documentation

Requirements :

Mechanical trade or construction background

Proven experience in defect management

Data centre project experience is a plus

Fluent in German and English

Strong coordination and communication skills

Willingness to travel within Germany

Start : ASAP
