Job description and tasks
- Support for national and international customers
- Taking on tasks as Workpackage Manager (m / f / d) in Customer Service
- Responsibility for technical support / service
- Development and coordination of support service concepts (systems, devices, test equipment) and Conducting training courses
- Maintenance of repair files, documentation and their evaluation
- Creation of failure statistics and derivation of remedial measures
- Responsible for project / program management after the end of series production
Personal requirements :

- High willingness to learn, curiosity, ability to work in a team, initiative and communication skills
