We are expanding our team in EMEA and are currently seeking a Managing Director to drive the commercial success and strategic expansion of the Neolith Group in DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will lead sales, marketing, operations, and logistics, ensuring market leadership in the building materials and surface industry.

As an Managing Director, you will :

• Serve as the primary Brand Ambassador for Neolith Group in the DACH region, representing our values and vision to customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with the company's overall mission, values, and goals.
• Lead, guide, and evaluate regional teams.
• Champion sales innovations and drive strategic business development to improve market penetration and customer acquisition.
• Manage the region’s P&L, ensuring optimal financial performance and sustainable growth.
• Identify new revenue streams and cost-saving opportunities by analysing financial data and market trends.
• Oversee the daily operations of sales, marketing, and logistics to achieve revenue and operational excellence.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with customers, distributors, and partners across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Stay ahead of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to maintain competitive advantage.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and excellence, supporting the professional growth of your team.
