As Talent Acquisition Manager , you'll drive our talent acquisition strategy and play a key role in shaping our workforce at Westwing. Take the lead in attracting top talent, building authentic relationships, and driving impactful initiatives in a high-performing, dynamic, and collaborative environment. This position is unlimited and located in Munich .
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- lead end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on identifying and engaging top-tier candidates, ensuring we bring the best talents on board
- act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, independently guiding them through the recruitment journey and providing insights to improve processes
- provide candidates with personalised support and guidance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- enhance recruitment processes and provide actionable insights through KPI analysis to optimise outcomes
- stay ahead of recruitment trends and incorporate them into our strategies to keep us at the forefront of talent acquisition
- drive impactful recruiting initiatives, including team projects and process improvements, to help us scale effectively
