As Talent Acquisition Manager , you'll drive our talent acquisition strategy and play a key role in shaping our workforce at Westwing. Take the lead in attracting top talent, building authentic relationships, and driving impactful initiatives in a high-performing, dynamic, and collaborative environment. This position is unlimited  and located in Munich .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • lead end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on identifying and engaging top-tier candidates, ensuring we bring the best talents on board
  • act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, independently guiding them through the recruitment journey and providing insights to improve processes
  • provide candidates with personalised support and guidance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • enhance recruitment processes and provide actionable insights through KPI analysis to optimise outcomes
  • stay ahead of recruitment trends and incorporate them into our strategies to keep us at the forefront of talent acquisition
  • drive impactful recruiting initiatives, including team projects and process improvements, to help us scale effectively

YOU COME WITH

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on active sourcing and targeted candidate engagement
  • effective communication skills, and the ability to articulate our company's mission, values, and culture to candidates.
  • a highly structured work style with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple complex tasks effectively
  • proactive problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on, collaborative approach and project management skills
  • strong proficiency in data analysis, enabling you to derive actionable insights to optimise recruiting strategies
  • fluent in English, with proficiency in German and a multicultural perspective to adapt to diverse candidate profiles
