As Senior Brand Manager(m / f / d) for Monkey 47 Gin , you will manage thedevelopment of all key marketing programmes. You’ll play aleading role in driving the strategy of the brand by developingcreative and break-through ideas across the Key Activation Pillars.Our "wunderbar" Black Forest Distillers Office is located inStuttgart.

Building brand equity in theright way with consumers is critical to achieve long termsustainable growth ambitions to cement Monkey 47’s position in theultra premium gin categoryworldwide.

These are yourresponsibilities

  • Youbuild the equity of the Monkey 47 brand with compelling creativemarketing programmes that inspire markets to invest and win thehearts and minds of consumers
  • You support thedevelopment and implementation of Monkey 47 brand strategy intoexecution across the marketing and track performance to identifypotential optimizations
  • You support key marketsin excellence in execution
  • You provide annualbrand planning and integrated business planningsupport.
  • You lead in the delivery ofdistinctive brand communications for markets, including core assetdevelopment, strategic partnerships, and associated toolkits, aswell as monitoring uptake and performance
  • Youlead in NPD / Limited Edition launch executions, including toolkitdevelopment
  • You jointly lead in advocacy plandevelopment alongside the Global Brand Ambassador & Marketactivation Team
  • You lead in POS strategy anddevelopment in line with S&R guidelines and brandstorytelling
  • You manage the A&Pbudget

This is yourprofile

  • You bringa university degree in Marketing or BusinessAdministration
  • You have several years of(global) brand management experience ideally with relevant brandbuilding experience in drinks, luxury orlifestyle
  • You are experienced in working onprojects with multiple stakeholders
  • You bring ahigh level of motivation and team player mentality in acollaborative way with a strong sense ofethics
  • You are proactive and have a hands-onmentality
  • You are fluent in English andGerman
