We are looking for a Global Head Operations Controlling (m / w / d ) worldwide at an Interroll site.
What are my responsibilities?
- Global responsibility for the Operations Controlling division in accordance with the Chief Operations Officer's (COO) specifications
- Strategic alignment and systematic further development of the responsible area in cooperation with the plants worldwide
- Introduction and further development of a standardized operations reporting system for all plants worldwide
- Responsible for the on time monthly, quarterly and annual provision of evaluations and reports including ad-hoc requirements
- Global responsibility for the budget and forecast process for the responsible area
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary global and local projects
- Responsible for the continuous improvement and optimization of the systems, procedures and processes of global operations controlling
- Responsible for the evaluation of business cases and for the central review of investment applications from the plants according to uniform standards and taking into account efficiency, Group and strategic goals
What do I need to qualify for this job?
