Grant Thornton Luxembourg is currently seeking a Junior Billing Officer to start ASAP .

Main responsibilities

Prepare, control and file invoices sent to our clients;
Assistance for invoices recovery and debt collection.
Administrative tasks (filing and follow up of accounting documents…);
Miscellaneous accounting tasks (Verification and booking of expense reports and credit card statements…).

Main requirements

High school diploma or DUT / BTS with accounting basis ;

From 0-2 years’ experience in a similar function or in an invoicing department;

Fluent in French and English , German is considered an asset;

Work well with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel);

Experience in the use of an invoicing / accounting software;

Ability to communicate in a clear, structured and effective manner;

Your inter-personal skills enable you to manage priorities and deadlines;

You are well organised and pay attention to details .
