Position : FAE Manager

Roles and responsibilities

  • Manages and mentors a team of FAEs, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Sets performance goals, conducts performance reviews, and provides feedback to FAE team members.
  • Ensures the team has the necessary resources and tools to effectively support customers.
  • Provides technical guidance and support to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Responds to customer inquiries, performs troubleshooting, and develops solutions to technical issues.
  • Works closely with internal teams (e.g., AE, Product Marketing) to ensure alignment and product alignment.
  • Develops and implements technical strategies for supporting customers and driving revenue.
  • Identifies new opportunities and develops solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to FAE activities and customer satisfaction.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external parties, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Represents the company at industry events and conferences.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Strong technical background in relevant industry (e.g., semiconductors, MCU, memory, electronics, software).
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team, motivate employees, and provide guidance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions.
  • Ability to develop and implement technical strategies to support customers and drive revenue.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide exceptional support.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering).
  • Typically requires 10+ years of experience in a technical role, with experience managing or leading a team.
