Deine Position

As part of a cross-functional team in the Heartbeat Tech domain you will focus on coordinating our Integrations Team managing our partner network and integrations drafting requirements for their software and hardware solutions and engaging in root cause analyses to provide a high platform stability and exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Coordination : Have an overarching view of all Integration topics and how they fit into the overall Heartbeat technology stack. Track and report all workstreams upwards and downwards and ensure alignment with workstream from other teams.
• Project Management : Take an active role in supporting the software delivery process focusing on rolling out integration solutions and gathering requirements. Ensure smooth coordination with local and international teams to address individual market needs and work directly with various hardware providers around their interfaces.
• Technical Contribution : Drive the definition implementation evaluation deployment and enhancement of integration solutions for complex problems. Promote best practices and maintain high technical standards while thinking critically on what could be done better.
• Innovation Initiatives : Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team to continuously improve our products and processes. Drive these initiatives together with internal and external stakeholders towards rapid execution to manifest 1KOMMA5 leading role in the market.
• Act as a point of contact for our partner networks and OEM partners supporting efforts to adapt and integrate their solutions with our systems and ensure that things are always running smoothly for our customers.
