Responsibilities:

• Exciting opportunity on a major CAPEX project for a procurement administrator to support a busy and growing department.
• Coordinate the Procurement Director and team.
• Department coordination, administrative tasks related to contract issuance, vendor interface and all RFQ correspondence.
• Utilising Associated system such as SAP to raise and process invoices/ issue payments and liaise with local and international subcontractors and vendors.
• Preparation of departmental agenda’s, reports, presentations & minute taking.
• Maintain procurement database in line with both project and corporate approved organisations.
• Coordination of Executive site visits & onsite/off site team events

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience in administrative tasks and associated documentation/ systems.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft office, CRM or sales/ invoicing software.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to interact with multiple key stakeholders both internally and externally.
• A preference will be given to prior procurement or project controls administration however this is not essential.
