Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum 5 years as a self-motivated engineer proficient in Kafka, Java, Spring / Quarkus, and related technologies.
- Skills : Excellent analytical abilities and strong problem-solving skills.
- Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Microservices, Event-Sourcing, open-source data solutions, and cloud-native applications.
- Technical Proficiency : Extensive experience with infrastructure, hardware, software, database, and middleware stacks.
- Specialization : Proven engineering experience with Kafka / Confluent and a solid understanding of Kafka APIs.
- Best Practices : Familiarity with security, performance, and disaster recovery best practices.
- Fluent English
Responsibilities :
- Team Collaboration : Play a key role in one of our agile Scrum teams to develop, enhance, and maintain Indra Avitech product solutions for the aviation industry.
- Development Life Cycle : Engage in the full development life cycle from inception through testing, implementation, and support, following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.
- API Development : Design and implement API interfaces and business services for Aeronautical Application components.
- Mentorship : Guide Junior Developers by preparing development tasks / tickets, conducting code reviews, and engaging in pair programming.
- Quality Code : Develop enterprise-quality, horizontally scalable code using best practices, rapidly and according to specifications.
