Role & responsibilities
- Produce and analyse HR statistics, reports and dashboards for the line managers and / or management
- Monitor changes in the CSSF’s workforce and anticipate any trends and requirements
- Drafting various reports (monthly, quarterly or annual) for internal or external use
- Collecting all kinds of HR and descriptive data in order to use them in databases and / or reports
- Set up and monitor KPI’s
- Managing CSSF staff working hours, leave and absents requests
- Feeding and managing staff information via the HRIS
- Working with the IT department to optimise HRIS management and prepare for migration to a new system
Your profile
Bachelor’s Degree (Bac+3). Specialization in statistical modelling would be considered an assetFluency in written and spoken French and English and in spoken Luxembourgish. Fluency in spoken German is an advantageAt least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally in the field of human resourcesProven skills in analysing and interpreting statistical dataSensitivity and ease with IT tools and information technologiesProficiency in common office automation tools and good knowledge of MS ExcelKnowledge of data visualisation tools (Tableau, PowerBI)Good understanding of HR processesAbility to communicate analysis results clearly to non-specialistsAn analytical and rigorous mindProactivity and the ability to make proposalsDiscretion and accuracy in carrying out tasksThe successful candidate (m / f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s / he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).
Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
