Wir suchen für einen international tätigen Chemiekonzern am Standort Marl im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung einen Procurement Specialist (m / w / d).

Aufgabengebiet
- Bestellung und eigenständige Disposition technischen Equipments, Dienstleistungen und allgemeine Güter
- Dabei bearbeiten, verhandeln und prüfen Sie Lieferungen und Leistungen
- Sie erforschen Beschaffungsmärkte und erschließen spezifische Märkte
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einholung und Auswertung von Angeboten
- Abwicklung der Beschaffungsvorgänge systemseitig
- Sie erstellen Preisvergleiche, bearbeiten Reklamationen und beanstanden Mängel
- Sie überwachen und begleiten Liefertermine, analysieren den Beschaffungsprozess und optimieren ihn durch geeignete Maßnahmen
- Sie unterstützen bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits
- Sie begleiten und entwickeln Sonderprojekte
Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Groß- und Außenhandelskaufperson oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen / taktischen Einkauf
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (insb. Excel) und SAP S4 Hana (MM, SD)
