For our data product ADEX we are looking for an experienced Data Engineer (f / m / d), with strong exposure to Kafka, distributed systems, and data structures.

ADEX is all about data. A lot of data. With our Data Management Platform and the connected Data Marketplace, we offer our customers flexible solutions and enable innovative and fast access to all platforms in digital marketing.

What you can expect in this role

• You are going to be working with stakeholders to grow the amount and kinds of customer-defined targetings we can calculate in real-time
• You will develop new features for our in-house streaming key / value DBs
• You will improve resource utilization across all stages of our data pipelines, from validation and ingestion to storage to dynamic queries

Your essential experience and education

• You are fluent in Go, C++ or similar languages
• You have significant exposure to Kafka as data processing system
• You have strong experience in working within distributed, event-driven system with a focus on real-time processing and observability
• You handled several high-dimensional, high-cardinality, from high-level entity modeling and pipeline design to low-level problems of representation and query access patterns
• You are going to be working with stakeholders and other developers to collaboratively design services in order to meet product and business requirements
• You have seen through an entire program development lifecycle, from feature conception to deployment and monitoring
