Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key account clients.Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our energy storage solutions through proposals and presentations.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and service teams, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the energy storage market.

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of Sales experience, more than 3 years of successful experience in sales , management, operation and maintenance of inverter, energy storage, optical storage system products.
  • Familiar with the policies and planning, demand situation, competitive situation of major inverter, energy storage, optical storage system markets, and have a clear idea of channel system development and successful practical experience.
  • Strong local market development and management ability, strong business negotiation ability.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good observation ability, good team spirit and good professional quality.
  • Proficiency and use of German and English to start business communication with customers.
