Key Account Manager (M / F / D)

Location : Remote | Germany | Full-time | Electronics Industry

We are looking for a passionate and driven Key Account Manager to lead sales efforts across European markets. If you’re a relationship-builder with an eagerness for strategy and a love for fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you!

Your Mission

  • Take full ownership of key accounts in the European market
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales of electronic components
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the leadership team
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding and responding to their needs
  • Support customers with excess inventory management and value-added solutions

What You Bring

  • A passion for sales – you thrive on building relationships and delivering win-win solutions
  • A background in sales or technical products, ideally through a commercial apprenticeship or degree
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Resilience, positivity, and the ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Strategic, structured, and process-oriented thinking
  • Proficiency in English and strong skills in Microsoft Office
