Your tasks

  • Analyzing and recording customer orders in the ERP system
  • Creating and processing customer orders and generating order confirmations
  • Preparing production documents and supporting production-related processes
  • Material planning
  • Planning and monitoring deadlines
  • Preparation of order placement
  • Coordination and checking of shipping formalities
  • Coordination with related departments, customers and suppliers

  • Completed further training as a technician
  • First professional experience in work preparation
  • Knowledge of reading technical drawings and parts lists
  • Careful, analytical and process-oriented way of working
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of German
