Fuel Cell Field Service Technician
DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
Diagnose and perform less complex repairs on Fuel Cells and components at customer sites using specialized tools and following documented procedures.
Engage with customers professionally, ensuring prompt and efficient service that meets their needs.
Conduct preventative maintenance on Fuel Cell products according to documented schedules and standards.
Identify and prepare required parts and tools for repairs, ensuring all work is performed efficiently and accurately.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior Field Service Technicians or a supervisor for further assistance.
Complete all necessary documentation, including service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, and quality documents, either manually or through business systems.
Maintain service vehicles and tools, ensuring they are clean, well-organized, and in good working condition.
Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation, promptly reporting any issues or incidents to site management and supervisors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following :
Basic field service experience with a focus on electrical and mechanical products, including knowledge of both high voltage and low voltage systems.
Experience in customer service and the ability to build strong customer relationships by delivering customer-focused solutions.
Proficiency in electrical and mechanical repairs, along with a good understanding of diagnostics and the use of electronic service tools.
Strong communication skills in both English and German, capable of conveying clear and effective information tailored to diverse audiences.
Competency in using MS Office applications for documentation and reporting, along with experience in following health and safety protocols.
Valid drivers license with experience in maintaining service vehicles and tools for optimal performance and cleanliness.

Apprentice Certified / Electrical Technician
Current relevant electrical certification
