Our client, a human-sized provider specializing in alternative investment funds, is looking for a seasoned Senior Transfer Agent with expertise in Private Equity (PE) and Real Estate (RE).

Senior Transfer Agent - Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the entire transfer process, ensuring all transactions are executed with accuracy, compliance, and within Luxembourg's regulatory framework.
  • Oversee and facilitate the distribution of funds to investors, ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance while maintaining smooth communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Efficiently manage capital calls, collaborating closely with portfolio managers and investors to ensure timely and accurate processing in line with contractual agreements.
  • Stay well-versed in Luxembourg's regulatory landscape governing alternative funds, ensuring all activities meet legal and regulatory standards while adjusting processes to align with evolving laws.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering clear, transparent updates on transaction status, fund distributions, and capital calls, fostering trust and client satisfaction.

Senior Transfer Agent - Your profile :

  • At least 8 -10 years of experience in a similar role , particularly with PE and RE fund clients.
  • Proven expertise in managing transactions, fund distributions, and capital calls for Luxembourg-based alternative funds.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg's alternative fund regulations.
  • Fluent in French (internal communication) and English (professional level).
  • Autonomous yet collaborative, thriving in a team-driven environment.
