Role Overview
As Tiny House World continues to grow, we are receiving a significant number of inquiries and leads from the German market.
While we have successfully closed several deals, we recognize the need for a seasoned professional who brings expertise in selling high-end, luxurious products within this market.
We are looking for a long-term partner who can lead our sales efforts and help establish a strong presence in Germany.
We are seeking a highly experienced broker or sales professional with a proven track record in the German market, particularly in handling high-value transactions.
Ideally, this individual already has an established team or company and is capable of creating and implementing a robust sales structure tailored for both B2C and B2B clients, including vacation parks and property developers.
Our vision is to partner with someone who is not only established in the industry but also eager to grow alongside us, leveraging their expertise to drive our expansion into the German market.
What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have :
- Extensive Experience in High-Value Sales : A solid background in selling premium or luxury products, preferably within the German market.
- An Established Team or Network : Access to a network of clients and potential buyers, as well as a team that can help us hit the ground running.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills : The ability to connect with clients and partners, build relationships, and close deals effectively.
- Proven Track Record in Sales Strategy and Business Development : Experience in creating and executing sales strategies that drive growth and market penetration.
- Fluent in German : Native or near-native proficiency in German is essential to communicate effectively with clients and partners.
- Experience in Real Estate or Related Industries : A background in real estate, property development, or similar sectors is highly desirable.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset : A proactive and ambitious attitude, with the drive to build and expand within a growing company.
