Why You’ll Love This Role

As Dcubed’s Marketing Wizard, your mission is to drive visibility, awareness, and growth through targeted marketing campaigns and compelling content. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a marketing roadmap that communicates our unique value to the space sector—and beyond. This role blends creativity and execution. You’ll shape positioning, manage campaigns, and create engaging, high-quality content across formats and platforms. You’ll also work closely with our leadership, sales, and engineering teams to ensure marketing is aligned with our vision and goals. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the company—and an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing space tech brand.

Here is what you bring to the table

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, and / or equivalent work experience
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Digital design skills / experience is a bonus
• Proven success in lead generation campaigns, content creation and social media marketing in multiple formats – text, visuals, documents, video, etc.
• High standards for producing quality work efficiently and on time. Related to this, you have a strong urgency to complete tasks and have a measurable impact on the business
• An organized and structured approach to your work, and the ability to work autonomously without a lot of supervision
• A growth mentality and passion for lifelong learning
• Able to manage supplier relationships including graphic designers, PR agencies, website agencies, photographers, videographers and others
• Comfortable working with and presenting to senior management
• Intermediate / advanced Microsoft Office / Teams skills
• Intermediate / advanced digital marketing tool skills (Hubspot, Wordpress or other website CMS, LinkedIn Google Analytics, Canva, Gen AI tools for developing concepts, text and images)
• Basic understanding of analytics and metrics-driven decision-making
• Basic SEO and PPC skills
• Event management experience, including managing booth design and business card production, attendee tickets and travel, event logistics, and recording video footage / taking photographs
• Ability to manage multiple marketing channels including the website, LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, paid ads, online forums, etc.
• A strong bias for action combined with a natural inclination to take the initiative and own the result
• A natural curiosity that leads you to dig deeply for answers and / or organize information in ways that reveals the underlying patterns
• A relentless drive to succeed and improve on the status quo
• Attention to detail and following up on analyses with clear assumptions, rationale and solid logic
• You feel comfortable in a startup environment and have high levels of energy.
• Willingness to travel for business trips / conferences / events
• Fluency in English is a requirement for our diverse team environment, German is a bonus
• Eligibility to work in the EU and / or the US
• An affinity for US business culture, perhaps with experience of studying or working in the US
