Your Role and Responsibilities :
- Guide clients on meeting sustainability regulations and ESG standards to ensure compliance.
- Develop tailored ESG strategies that align with business goals and regulatory needs in industries like MedTech and Life Sciences.
- Implement and optimize ESG software for tracking and reporting sustainability performance.
- Develop and improve ESG data collection, reporting and risk management processes.
- Support our customers to prepare accurate sustainability reports and disclosures using ESG software, meeting stakeholder and regulatory demands.
- Conduct sustainability risk assessments for e.g. related to LkSG, CSDDD and EUDR and recommend strategies to mitigate environmental, social, and governance risks.
- Provide clients with training on ESG software and sustainability best practices to build internal expertise.
- Stay updated on ESG trends, regulations, and technology to deliver innovative, compliant solutions for our clients.
Whom We Are Looking For :
Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental sciences, corporate social responsibility, quality management, law, engineering, IT or (health) economics with a focus on sustainability.Strong knowledge of sustainability regulations (e.g. CSRD, EUDR, CSDDD, LkSG etc.), environmental management systems and compliance (e.g. EMAS, ISO 14001, 50001, 14040, 14044 etc.).Hands-on experience with ESG software integration for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.Ability to develop and implement effective ESG strategies that align with business goals.Fluent or native speaker in German and English to ensure an excellent communication to manage relationships with clients and understand their processes quickly.An entrepreneurial spirit, driven by curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving and project contribution.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.Passion for staying up to date on the latest ESG trends, technologies, and regulationsWhy Choose CBR?
