Your new role :
Do you want to be part of our journey and drive execution / implementation of Daiichi Sankyo ´s talent acquisition and employer branding as well as onboarding strategies / processes across Europe ?
Utilizing a data-driven approach, you will continuously identify opportunities for process improvement. You will work in close collaboration with HR and Business Leaders across Europe to manage, drive and monitor an excellent candidate experience .
