AVEVA EngineeringTM Administrator (m / f / d)
The AVEVA EngineeringTM administrator is member of the Engineering Systems team belonging to the Information and Quality department. Based in Luxembourg, this position is reinforcing the current team for the configuration, implementation, ongoing management, and development of AVEVA EngineeringTM across the SMS group company.
Your main tasks :
- Interact with the different business departments to determine set-up requirements for projects and translate them effectively into AVEVA EngineeringTM
- Provide users training, supervision, and internal support
- Customize and maintain the software
- Actively participate in the continued development of the application and its integration with other engineering systems
- Promote the value and the use of AVEVA Engineering
- Assist with engineering systems upgrades, testing and evaluations
- Prepare documentation to deploy AVEVA Engineering.

Degree in electrical engineering or electro-mechanical engineeringSolid background in one or more industrial disciplines, ideally knowledge in EICCompetences in AVEVA Engineering, its configuration and management including Dabacon database administration; other AVEVA software (AVEVA Diagrams, AVEVA E3D, …) is considered as an assetKnowledge in other engineering applications is a strong advantageSkilled in PML programming language is considered as an assetExtensive knowledge and understanding of engineering discipline data ownershipFluent in English and French; for office communication, a good command in German is seen as an advantageFlexibility for occasional worldwide business trips and collaboration with multinational teamsStrong analytical and logical problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage numerous assignments simultaneously.What do we offer?
