Interested in joining an innovative start up at the forefront of developing innovative gene therapies and genetic medicine for treating genetic disorders?
This role would be working directly with the Product leadership team and focused on leading the clinical ML product platform and expanding the product portfolio.
You will streamline cross-functional communications, lead market research, prepare go-to-market strategies and lead 0-1 development.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand customer needs, user preferences, and competitive landscapes
- Gather feedback from clinical stakeholders and end-users to shape product roadmaps and identify pain points
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, including defining requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring optimal product-market fit
- Secure relevant data sets for training AI / ML models and coordinate cross-functional development efforts
- Monitor operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement process optimization and cost-reduction strategies
- Develop pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and value propositions to support commercialization and sales initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop compelling product messaging and promotional materials
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and effective communication across diverse stakeholders
- Drive the successful development, deployment, and commercialization of the company's healthcare / medical technology products.
Qualifications :
- B.S in Engineering, Computer Science or another relevant field, M.S is a plus
- 5+ years experience with hands on experience in software development / product management
- Deep ML understanding
- Experience with software product development tools and Agile Scrum methods
- Experience with machine-learning applications and training data sets is a strong asset
- Experience leading clinical software products for oncology would be a big advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
