To further support the growth and development in AMConstructionDE we are looking for a HR Specialist managing the operational people related tasks in our plant in Föhren, near to Trier.

Your tasks

• Independent and comprehensive implementation of operational HR payroll management in close cooperation with the Shared Service Payroll in Eisenhüttenstadt
• Organization of the entire recruiting process - from requirements planning and job advertisement to applicant selection and hiring
• Onboarding new employee
• Advising and supporting our specialists and managers on all HR-related issues
• Clarification of the employment, social security and tax law framework for HR work
• Developing and implementing the annual training plan
• Budgeting and controlling personnel costs
• Close cooperation with the local works council
• Personnel administration
